In order to develop Taiji culture, prmote the international Taijiquan academic exchanges, make new friends by virtue of Wushu and make mutual progress, the
International Taijiquan Annual Conference has been held five times in Wenxian Couty of Jiaozuo City, Hennan, China since 1992; the Annual Conference was
upgraded to the International Taijiquan Annual Conference of Jiaozuo in 2000, and since then the Annual Conference has been held twice in Jiaozuo successfully;
and it has been updaged to the International Taijiquan Exchange Competition of Jiaozuo , China in 2005.Hereafter, it will be held very two years in August of
that year. The exchage competition is sponsored by Chineses Wushu Association and undertaken by Henan Sports Administration together with the municipal
government of Jiaozuo city. The participants are members and non-members of the International wushu Federation and all provinces, citites and auntonomus
regions of China.

  During the competition, there will hold a grand opening ceremony. Taijiquan and Taiji sword compulsory routines contest, Taijiquan and Taiji apparatus
traditional routines contest, Taijiquan group events, Taiji apparatus group events, Taijiquan and Taiji apparatus mived group events, Taiji push hands arena
contest and so on . Also, they will organize academic research and discussion activities, such as collevtion , assessment and exchange of Taijiquan papers both
at home and abroad.

  Celebrities and masters of different Taijiquan style will give a perfomence and volutary instruction. Furthermore, the organazation will invite all the people to go to Chenjiagou, the Holy Land of Taijiquan , to trace back to the ancestors and have sightseeing.
